The keto or ketogenic diet is one of the fastest ways to lose weight healthily, research also shows there are a host of other health benefits too such as reduce inflammation, improves gut health, control autoimmune disease symptoms and epilepsy (Cabrera-Mulero, et al., 2019).
Why you should chose this keto diet plan
Unfortunately there are a number of keto diet plans that are actually not very healthy or are hard to adhere to. They are too high in bad fats, do not provide a diverse range of nutrients and/or are too low in fibre.
There are also a lot of keto recipes mascarading as keto when they are actually pushing the boundaries for carbohydrate intake. As a concequence this very much limits your choices for your other two meals.
